CDS Application Form 2021 - Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will release the CDS 02/2021 notification and application form on August 04, 2021. The last date to fill the CDS II application form will be August 24, 2021. The CDS 2/2021 exam is scheduled to be conducted on November 14, 2021. The CDS exam is conducted to recruit candidates for AFA, IMA, INA and OTA. CDS Eligibility Criteria 2021

The Union Public Service Commission prescribes the CDS 2021 eligibility criteria which includes the academic qualifications, marks which the candidates must score to be eligible to apply for the CDS 2021 entrance exam. Also the CDS eligibility criteria 2021 comprises the nationality of the candidate age limit and the physical parameters which the candidates must meet.

Documents required to fill CDS Application Form 2021

Aspirants must have the following documents ready while filling the UPSC CDS application form.

  • Photo ID proof - Aadhar Card/Voter Card/PAN Card/Passport/Driving License (Any One of these).

CDS Application Form 2021 How to apply?

To fill the CDS application 2021, aspirants must follow the steps mentioned here -

  • Visit official website upsc.gov.in

  • Click on CDS apply online and select CDS 2021 registration

  • The application form of CDS 2021 will have to be filled in two parts

  • Click on registration Part 1 and fill all the required details

  • Submit the details and head to fill part 2

  • Upload photograph and signature in the scanned format as per the specifications

  • Pay the CDS application fee and print the application form for future reference

Step by Step Guide to apply for CDS 2021

The CDS 2021 application form is available in two parts. Steps to fill the CDS application form 2021 are mentioned here.

  • Visit the official website of UPSC and click on apply online. Select CDS to apply online and click on UPSC CDS 01/2021.

  • Click on CDS apply online registration part-1 and fill in the candidate's name, father’s name, date of birth and other information wherever asked.

  • Select the academic qualification and fill the corresponding address along with other communication details.

  • Submit the details and proceed to fill the part 2 of CDS Application Form 2021.

  • Log in with the registration ID and date of birth to fill part 2 of the online application form of CDS. (The registration ID will be sent to candidate's email address)

  • Submit the details and upload a scanned photograph and signature as per the size mentioned.

  • Pay the application fee online through online mode via - debit card, credit card or net banking.

  • Print the CDS 2021 application form.

CDS Application Form 2021 Correction Window

UPSC doesn't provide any chance to make corrections in the application form of CDS. The application form of CDS 01/2021 will be released on the official website and aspirants must fill all the details in the CDS application form 2021 carefully.

CDS Exam Centres 2021

The CDS exam is conducted across various exam centres in India. From the following table, aspirants can check the exam centres of CDS. The complete address of the exam centre along with dates and reporting time will be mentioned in the CDS admit card 2021.

CDS Application Form 2021 - Withdrawal Facility

Applicants who have filled the CDS application form 2021 and who do not wish to appear for the UPSC CDS exam will be provided with the facility to withdraw their CDS form 2021 a few days after the last date of the CDS application form submission. Aspirants must note that the UPSC application fee paid by them will not be refunded in case they withdraw their CDS application.

How to withdraw CDS application form?

Step 1: Visit UPSC official website - upsc.gov.in.

Step 2: Click on CDS 2021 application to withdrawal link (the link will be activated by UPSC soon).

Step 3: An OTP will be sent to candidates registered email and mobile number.

Step 4: Request for CDS 2021 withdrawal will be processed after validating OTP.

Step 5: After the CDS application withdrawal request is accepted, candidates must take a printout of the same.

CDS Admit Card 2021

The CDS admit card 2021 is released in online mode only for those candidates who successfully apply by filling the CDS application form 2021. Candidates had to download the admit card and carry it along with a valid ID proof to the exam centre. The admit card will have details like candidate’s name, roll number, registration, reporting time, exam centre address, exam centre guidelines and subject of the exam mentioned in it.
