The exam conducting authority, also mentions the salary in the SBI PO 2021 notification. The SBI PO salary is calculated on the basis of basic salary, dearness allowance (DA), City Compensatory Allowance (CCA) and Special Allowance. The salary structure of SBI PO includes basic pay of Rs 27,620 on a scale of 23700-980/7-30560-1145/2-32850-1310/7-42020 applicable to Junior Management Grade Scale-I. Recruited Probationary Officers at State Bank of India branches will be eligible for a basic salary of Rs. 27,620, a DA of Rs. Rs. 12677, a CCA of Rs. 870 and a special allowance of Rs. 2140.

The SBI PO exam is conducted in three stages including prelims, mains, and interviews.
Both prelims and mains exam of SBI PO is held in online mode.
The SBI PO exam pattern for the prelims exam contains a total of 100 questions of 1 mark each from sections like Reasoning Ability, Quantitative Aptitude, and English Language.
The mains exam of SBI PO contains a total of 155 questions of 200 marks from sections like Data analysis and interpretation, Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, English Language, General/Economy/Banking Awareness.
Those candidates who qualify for the mains exam will have to appear for a personal interview.
The final merit list will be released by SBI and will be prepared on the basis of marks scored by candidates in mains and interview.
