UPPCS Optional Subjects 2023: The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) conducts the Provincial Services Examination (PCS) that is also known as the combined state/upper subordinate services exam. The UPPSC PCS exam is one of the toughest and competitive exams in India.
