AEEE 2021 Eligibility Criteria

There are various conditions which the candidates have to meet for admissions into the B.Tech courses offered by the institute. These will constitute the eligibility criteria of AEEE 2021 and the candidates are advised to check this before commencing the AEEE application process. In case the candidates are not able to meet the following criteria, then they will be disqualified from the admission process.

  • Age Limit: Candidates should have been born on or after July 1, 2000.

  • Educational Qualification: Should have passed 10+2 (or equivalent) examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM). Those candidates who will be qualifying the examination this year will also be eligible for admissions.

  • Required Marks: Candidates should have scored at least 75% aggregate marks in PCM. Individually, the candidates should have scored minimum 75% marks in Mathematics.

  • JEE Main: For admissions, the candidates will also accept JEE Main 2021 scores.

AEEE 2021 Application Form

The authorities have released the AEEE application form 2021. The application form is available in online mode for final phase . While filling out the application form, the candidates have to provide valid personal, academic and communication details. If the AEEE applications are not submitted before the final date, the candidates will not be allowed to participate in the admission process.

Steps to fill online AEEE 2021 application form

Step 1 - AEEE Registration: The candidates have to go to the official website to register for AEEE 2021. Candidates have to fill their name, date of birth, email address and mobile number for registration.

Step 2 - Filling of form: Next, the candidates have to provide their personal, academic and contact information in AEEE application 2021.

Step 3 - Exam centres selection: Three preferred exam centres have to be selected by the candidates along with the mode of admission (JEE Main or AEEE).

Step 4 - Uploading of documents: Candidate also have to upload scanned copies of their photograph and signature as per the specifications mentioned by the authorities.

Step 5 - Preview: The required details have to be checked by the candidates and corrections should also be done if needed.

Step 5 - Fee payment: Finally the candidates have to pay the required fee. The payment has to be done in online mode (net banking/credit card/debit card).

AEEE 2021 Exam Centres

The list of cities where the AEEE entrance examination will be conducted are listed in the exam centres of AEEE 2021. Candidates are able to select three of their preferred exam centres while filling out the application form in the order of preference. Details about the allotted exam centre will be available in the admit card. The selection has to be done carefully since allotment will be done as per preference and availability.

Additional technical guidelines for taking the AEEE 2021 phase 1 test:

  • Browser Settings
    • Internet cookies must be enabled.
    • JavaScript must be enabled.
    • Adblock must be disabled.
    • Disable browser extensions except-AdobeAcrobat,Docs,Sheets&Slides.
  • Additional Pointers
    • Some security software programs, like antivirus or Internet security software, can disrupt exam delivery and may need to be disabled.
    • Windows/system login should have administrator rights
    • Virtual desktop must be disabled
    • Extended monitor must not be used
    • Verify that the audio and microphone are not set on Mute.
  • Uninterrupted power supply during the exam, Internet connectivity with the required bandwidth and requisite systems configurations are must for successful completion of exam.
  • Secure browser (SEBLite) application is mandatory to appear for the examination and must be installed in test taking Laptop/Desktop.
  • Exam will run when both webcam and microphone are enabled in the Desktop or Laptop.
  • All applications that use camera, microphone and screen sharing have to be switched off during examination.
  • All third-party settings need to be closed/disabled to ensure seamless test taking.
  • Graphical Processing Unit (GPU) should be (2017or latest)
  • When you switch between apps during test taking in mobile, your session recording will continue.
  • Switching network may disrupt the test taking. Thus, candidate will be required to login back into the system after 3 mins of cool down period.
  • During photo capture, if the face not detected error is shown, kindly try again in different background where there is light on the face and no light from the back of the face.
  • Earphone can be used while taking test only if you are using a desktop or if any issue with laptop inbuilt mic.

AEEE 2021 Slot Booking

Registered candidates can book their slots for the AEEE phase 4 examination in online mode till August 2. During the AEEE slot booking, the candidates have to select their preferred exam date and time. Since the slot booking is done on the basis of first-come-first-serve, the candidates are advised to complete the process as soon as possible. Allotment of seats will be done as per the preference and availability of slots. Those candidates who are unable to book their slots before the final date will be randomly allotted by the authorities.

Steps for AEEE 2021 Slot Booking

  • Go to the official website of AEEE 2021

  • Click on the slot booking link

  • The application number and date of birth has to be used for login by the candidates.

  • Slots are per preference and availability has to be selected.

  • Click on ‘Continue’

  • The hall ticket will be available for download after the slots are booked.

AEEE 2021 Hall Ticket

After the slots are booked by the candidates, the hall ticket of AEEE 2021 will be available for download. Candidates can download and print it out for future use. It has to be noted that no other mode would be used to release the AEEE hall ticket. Through the hall ticket, the candidates will be able to know their allotted centre address, exam date, timings guidelines and more. It is necessary for the candidates to show the hall ticket at the exam centre, therefore they had to keep it safe.

How to download AEEE 2021 hall ticket?

  • Visit the official website of AEEE 2021

  • Candidates will have to login using their email address and date of birth.

  • Click on ‘Submit’

  • The hall ticket will be displayed which the candidates will have to download and take a print out.

AEEE 2021 Answer Key

The authorities will release the provisional answer key of AEEE 2021 after the entrance examination is conducted. Candidates will be able to check the correct answers of the examination through the answer key. The probable scores can be calculated using the answer key before the result is declared. However, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham has never released the official answer key till the current date. If released, the answer key will be available in this article.

AEEE 2021 Result

The authorities have declared the AEEE 2021 phase 3 result on July 22. Through the result, the candidates are able to check their secured scores. Phase 2 marks were released on June 20. Phase 1 AEEE result has been declared on May 11. The authorities will release the All India Ranks (AIR) of the candidates after final phase.

Procedure to check AEEE 2021 result

  • Go to the official website

  • Candidates will have to provide their registration number/email ID and date of birth.

  • Click on ‘Submit’

  • The result will be displayed and candidates will have to check for any discrepancies.

  • The result has to be downloaded and printed out for future use.

AEEE 2021 Cutoff

For higher chances of admissions, the candidates are required to secure the cutoff of AEEE 2021 which will consist of the minimum marks decided by the authorities . Factors related to the entrance examination such as previous year cutoff trends, number of applicants, difficulty level of exam and more will be taken into consideration by the authorities for the preparation of the cutoff.

AEEE 2021 Counselling

Qualified candidates will be required to participate in the counselling of AEEE 2021 for allotment of seats. Firstly, the candidates will have to register and select their preferred campus and courses. JEE Main qualified candidates will also have to participate in the counselling process. The authorities will conduct the counselling in online mode. Payment of Rs. 10,000 in the form of demand draft has to be submitted by the candidates during the counselling. Seat allotment will be done as per the candidate’s preference, merit and availability of seats. Allotted candidates will have to complete the admission process to confirm their seats. Document verification will be done at the centre.
