JEE Advanced Rank List 2022 (Released) - Overall Merit List, Category Wise Rank, Percentile Score

JEE Advanced Rank List 2022 - Indian Institute of Technology Bombay has released the JEE Advanced 2022 rank list on September 11. The list of candidates who have qualified JEE Advanced are through the rank list of JEE Advanced 2022. To check the JEE Advanced rank, the candidates have to log in using their JEE Advanced application number and date of birth.

The JEE Advanced 2022 result will be released on September 11 online mode at the official website. Only qualified candidates will be listed in the JEE Advanced rank list 2022. While preparing the JEE Advanced 2022 rank list, IIT Bombay will take into consideration the secured scores in the examination. Steps to check JEE Advanced rank list 2022

The given steps can be followed by the candidates to check the rank list of JEE Advanced 2022:

  • Go to the official website of JEE Advanced at jeeadv.ac.in.

  • Click on the rank list link.

  • Candidates will have to enter their JEE Advanced 2022 application number and date of birth.

  • Click on ‘Submit’.

  • The JEE Advanced 2022 rank list will be displayed on the screen.

  • Candidates can download the rank list for future use.

Inter-se Merit of JEE Advanced 2022 Rank List

There may arise situations where two or more candidates will end up securing the same marks in JEE Advanced 2022. During such situations, the given policies as per the given order will be followed by the authorities:

  • Candidates with more positive marks will be given a higher JEE Advanced rank.

  • If the tie still continues, the candidate with a higher score in Mathematics will be given a higher preference.

  • If the tie is not yet broken, the candidates who have a higher score in Physics will be allotted a higher JEE Advanced 2022 rank.

  • Finally, if the tie still persists, then the candidates will be given the same JEE Advanced ranks.

Important Points of JEE Advanced Rank List 2022

  • All of the candidates who will qualify for the entrance examination will be listed in the rank list of JEE Advanced 2022.

  • While preparing the JEE Advanced result and rank list, the scores secured by the candidates in the exam will be considered.

  • No waiting list will be released.

  • The minimum prescribed marks will be different for each category

  • If a candidate qualifies for more than one category, then he/she will be considered for all the categories he/she is eligible for.
