JEE Main 2021 News and Updates - National Testing Agency (NTA) has revised the JEE Main 2021 exam dates. JEE Mains 2021 3rd session is being held on July 20, 22, 25, and 27. July 24, 2021 - The Union Education Minister, Dharmendra Pradhan has announced that the NTA will soon announce the new JEE Main 2021 session 2 dates for Maharashtra students who may be unable to appear in the exam on July 25 and 27 due to heavy rains.

July 20, 2021 - The JEE Main 2021 session 3 exam has started. The JEE Main phase 3 exam dates are July 20, 22, 25 and 27.

July 15, 2021- NTA has extended further the last date to fill JEE Main 2021 registration for session 4 till July 20. Also, the fourth phase JEE Main 2021 exam dates announced which is scheduled to be held on August 26, 27 & 31 and September 1 & 2, 2021.

July 15, 2021- NTA has re-extended the last date to fill JEE Main application form for session 4 till July 15 (5 pm). Candidates can pay the application fee for JEE Main 4th session till 9.00 pm on July 15.

July 14, 2021 - NTA has revised the third phase JEE Main 2021 exam date which is now scheduled to be held on July 20, 22, 25, and 27. Also, the 4th phase JEE Main 2021 exam dates are postponed and revised dates are expected to be announced soon.

July 13, 2021 - The authorities have released the JEE Main 2021 admit card for phase 3 in online mode on the official website - jeemain.nta.nic.in

July 13, 2021 - NTA has extended the JEE Main 2021 application date for the phase 4 exam till July 13.

July 9, 2021 - NTA has started the JEE Main 2021 registration for the 4th phase online on July 9. Candidates can apply for the fourth phase of JEE Main 2021 till July 12.

July 6, 2021 - Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal has announced the new JEE Main exam dates 2021 as July 20 to 25 for the 3rd attempt while the 4th attempt JEE Main exam dates are July 27 to August 2, 2021. JEE Main registration process for phase 3 has also started.

May 31, 2021- Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal will soon release the JEE Main 2021 new exam date. Candidates should keep checking the page for JEE Main 2021 latest news and updates.

May 4, 2021- Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal has announced the postponement of JEE Main May 2021 exam. The registration process for the May session has also been delayed. As per the JEE updates, New dates for JEE Main May 2021 registration and new exam dates will be notified later.

April 18, 2021 - NTA has postponed the JEE Main 2021 exam for the April session. The JEE Main April 2021 date will be released 15 days before the date of the examination.

April 4, 2021 - The last date for paying JEE Main April 2021 registration fee and making changes in the application form till April 7 (11:50 pm).

April 4, 2021 - The registration process of JEE Main 2021 April session is now over, however, students can pay application fee till April 5, 2021.

March 25, 2021 - The authorities have released the application form of JEE Main 2021 for April session. Candidates can register for JEE Main April 2021 exam till April 4.

March 24, 2021- NTA has released the JEE Main March 2021 result.

March 23, 2021- NTA has released the final answer key of JEE Main 2021 for the March session.

March 20, 2021- The provisional answer key of JEE Main 2021 for the March session has been released.

March 16, 2021 - The JEE Main March 2021 exam had started.

March 15, 2021 - NTA has released the JEE Main March 2021 registration statistics. As per the official statistics released, total of 6,19,638 candidates registered for the second session.

March 13, 2021- NTA has revised JEE Main March session dates. JEE Main 2021 March exam will be held from March 16 to 18.

March 8, 2021 - NTA has declared the JEE Main Feb 2021 result at jeemain.nta.nic.in. Along with the release of the result, the authorities have also announced the JEE Main toppers.

March 7, 2021 - The final JEE Main 2021 answer key has been released by the National Testing Agency at the official website.

March 4, 2021 - NTA has added three new exam cities for the upcoming March, April and May session exams. JEE Mains 2021 will now have Kargil (Ladakh), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) and Abuja/ Lagos (Nigeria) as exam centres in addition to the earlier announced 331 cities across India and abroad.

Also, facility to challenge JEE Main answer key for February session has been closed. NTA will now evaluate the challenegs submitted by students and will soon release the final answer key and JEE Main 2021 result.

March 1, 2021 - NTA has released JEE Main answer key 2021, candidates response sheets and JEE Main question papers on March 1. JEE Main application form for March session has also been released and is available online on the website jeemain.nta.nic.in from March 2 to 6.

February 23, 2021 - Based on student reactions and memory, JEE Main paper 2 analysis is now available for shift 1 and 2. Also find JEE Main answer key for B.Arch and B.Plan.

February 11, 2021 - The NTA has released the JEE Main 2021 admit card at the official website. Registered candidates can now download their JEE hall tickets using their application number and date of birth.

January 27, 2021 - NTA started the JEE Main application form 2021 facility. Candidates can make changes in their filled application form by using JEE correction window from January 27 to 30. The JEE correction window is available online on the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in

January 19, 2021 - The Ministry of education has confirmed that the JEE Main 2021 syllabus has not been reduced. It remains unchanged. However, students will be provided with options to appear the questions. Also the criteria of obtaining minimum 75% marks in class 12 for admission in NITs, IIITs and GFTIs has been relaxed. Candidates will not need to obtain only pass marks in class 12 irrespective of percentage to get admission in these institutes beside qualifying JEE Main 2021.

January 16, 2021 - The NTA has extended the JEE Main application form 2021 last date. Candidates can now apply for JEE Main 2021 in online mode till January 23. JEE Main correction dates have also changed. The edit facility will be available from January 27 to 30.

January 6, 2021- JEE Main 2021 registration last date to apply is January 16, 2021. Check JEE Main eligibility criteria and send the applications before the last date.

January 5, 2021- Education Minister will announce the exam date and JEE Advanced 2021 eligibility criteria in a live session on January 7 at 6 PM.

  • December 16, 2020 - JEE Main 2021 application form has been released. First session of JEE Main 2021 will be conducted from February 23 to 26, second session from March 16 to 18, third session from April 27 to 30 and fourth session from May 24 to 28.
  • December 15, 2020 - The National Testing Agency released JEE Main 2021 brochure for February session on the official website but was taken down soon after release. JEE Main exam date for first session is February 22 to 25. According to JEE updates, several changes in JEE Main exam 2021 have been introduced this year including language, conduct of exam four times a year, choice in one section.
  • November 20, 2020 - As per sources at NTA, JEE Main 2021 exam is likely to be held in February and May. NTA will soon release the JEE Main 2021 notification at the official website.

JEE Main Exam is conducted for admissions into the B.Tech/B.E, B.Arch and B.Planning courses offered by the participating institutes - 31 NITs, 25 IIITs and 28 Other-Government Funded Technical Institutes.
