Eligible students must visit the allotted institute for document verification and the admission process between July 24 to 31, 2024. Diploma in Engineering aspirants must bring all the listed certificates for verification. The authority closed the J&K polytechnic registration 2024 on June 29. Jammu and Kashmir Board of Technical Education (JKBOTE) will not conduct any exam for admission to Polytechnic courses. The authority has established the reservation policy for reserved category candidates in terms of government norms. The reservation policy applies to only government-run colleges. Steps to fill JK 3 Year Diploma Application Form 2024

Step 1: Registration & Filling of Application Form - In the first step, candidates have to register by entering basic details like name, gender, mobile number and email ID. After successful registration, an application number was generated and was displayed on the screen. A confirmation of the same will also be sent to the email ID of the candidate. JK Polytechnic 2024 Merit List
The authority has published the provisional merit list and selection list of JK Diploma 2024 on the official website. The JK merit list 2024 for 3-year diploma is prepared based on marks obtained by candidates in the qualifying exam. On the basis of this merit list, candidates will be invited for the counselling process. Students with higher rank in the JK Polytechnic 2024 merit list will be given first preference during the allotment of seats. JK Polytechnic 2024 Counselling
The authorities conducts the counselling of JK Diploma 2024 in two phases. All the eligible candidates will have to participate in 3 year diploma in JK counselling 2024 by registering for the process. Candidates have report to the JK Polytechnic counselling centres for document verification and choice locking. For this also, candidates had to pay a counselling fee.

Final Round of JK Polytechnic Counselling 2024 (Mop Up Round)
After the completion of all the rounds of counselling for JK Diploma admission in physical or online mode, the authorities may conduct a mop-up round to fill the vacant seats, if any. This round of JK Polytechnic counselling will not consider the preferences of the candidates. All the candidates who will qualify JK 3 year diploma 2024 admission but are not allotted seats in previous rounds of counselling will be eligible for this round.
