Maharashtra B.Tech Admission 2024 - Maharashtra State CET Cell has revised the MHT CET 2024 result date online. According to the notification, the MHT CET result 2024 will be announced on June 19, 2024. Candidates will need their application number and date of birth to check the MHT CET 2024 result. Qualified candidates must register for MHT CET counselling 2024 and select colleges according to their preferences.

The objection window for MHT CET 2024 answer key for PCM closed on May 26, 2024. The MHT CET 2024 answer key was released earlier on May 21, 2024. The Maharashtra CET 2024 exam for engineering was conducted from May 2 to 17, 2024 for PCM, while the PCM exams took place from April 22 to 30, 2024. Maharashtra B.Tech Admission Counselling & Seat Allotment 2024

The state CET cell will conduct the MHT CET 2024 counselling in online mode. There will be three rounds of counselling of MHT CET 2024 followed by a spot/ institutional round if there are vacancies. Candidates have to register, fill their choices of colleges and colleges in the order of their preference. After registration, the candidates must get their documents verified at the designated FCs. There is no counselling fee for MHT CET 2024 qualified candidates. Candidates applying based on JEE Main scores must however pay the counselling fee. MHT CET Counselling 2024 is a Centralized Counselling Process (CAP). The seat allotment of MHT CET 2024 is based purely on the merit and preference of the candidates. The following procedure describes the counselling of MHT CET 2024 in a nutshell.

MHT CET 2024 Counselling Procedure

Step 1: Online registration to participate in MHT CET 2024 Counselling (Centralised Admission Process). Candidates must complete registration, fill out and lock their choices of colleges and courses in order of their preference.

Step 2: Visiting Facilitation Centres (FC) in person for Document Verification

Step 3: Display of provisional merit list of eligible candidates

Step 4: Reporting at the allotted institute: Candidates have to report to the allotted institute to confirm the allotted seat after the final CAP round. Once a seat is allotted to the candidate, they will have the options like freeze to keep the seat allot, slide for a seat in the institute allotted but for a different course and float for upgrading to a higher choice of college and course in the next rounds.

MHT CET Merit List 2024

Admission to various B.Tech programmes offered by the around 342 participating institutes is based on the merit list/rank list of MHT CET 2024. The authorities will publish the MHT CET 2024 provisional merit list. Candidates appearing for the exam can check the MHT CET 2024 provisional merit list by submitting their application ID and date of birth. The provisional merit list will be released followed by the final one. Candidates are allowed to file any grievances against the MHT CET 2024 provisional merit list within a given frame of time following which they will be considered and the final MHT CET merit list 2024 will be published on the official website.

Steps to fill the MHT CET 2024 application form are as follows:

Step 1- MHT CET Registration: Candidates have to submit their personal, academic, contact, education, bank, and other details. Candidates had the option of Registration through Aadhaar where details will be auto fetched or non-Aadhaar where they can fill in the details. After successful registration, a password will be generated to be used for future logins.

Step 2- Filling up Application Form of MHT CET 2024: Candidates need to login and fill all the requisite details.

Step 3- Upload of Photograph and Signature: Candidates had to upload their recent Photograph and Signature as given in the table above

Correction of MHT CET Application Form

The authorities concluded the MHT CET correction facility on the official website. Candidates who make mistakes in their MHT CET 2024 application form have to fill out a new application form. The fee previously paid will not be adjusted or refunded. Candidates who apply for the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra can download the MHT CET 2024 admit card in online mode. Students can download the admit card of MHT CET 2024 by entering their application number and password. MHT CET Sample Papers 2024

One important step in preparation is to solve sample papers of MHT CET 2024. The idea behind solving previous question papers and MHT CET 2024 sample papers is to get ample practice with the question paper and perform well in the actual entrance exam.
