The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra has declared the official MHT CET result 2021 online only on October 27. To access the MHT CET results 2021, the candidates have to login using their roll number. MHT CET 2021 result consist of percentile scores secured by the candidate and their personal details. The MHT CET result 2021 is available for download in the form of a scorecard.
Since the examination was conducted in multiple shifts, a normalization procedure is incorporated to determine the scores and ranks of the candidates who have qualified in the exam. Scores of the candidates have been declared in the form of percentile scores ranging from 0 to 100.
After the official result of MHT CET 2021 is declared, the candidates will be able to use the college predictor of MHT CET 2021 to know which colleges they will probably be eligible for based on their scores. Candidates will have to enter their rank, score, category and preferred branches to use the college predictor. The list of colleges with the chance of admissions will be displayed on the screen.
The authorities prepare the merit list of MHT CET 2021 on the basis of the MHT CET result. The provisional MHT CET merit list date is November 24. The provisional merit list is released first which the candidates will have to check-in online mode by entering their application ID and date of birth. Objections against the provisional merit list will be accepted by the authorities from November 25 to 27. The final merit list will be released on November 28 after the objections will be checked.
Minimum marks or ranks that have to be secured by the candidates for higher chances of admission will constitute the cutoff of MHT CET 2021. The authorities will prepare the cutoff after checking various factors related to the Maharashtra common entrance test such as number of applicants, difficulty level of the exam, previous year cutoff trends and more.

MHT CET 2021 counselling registration is open from November 2 to 21. Qualified candidates have to participate in the counselling and seat allotment of MHT CET 2021 is being conducted as a Centralized Admission Process (CAP). Firstly, the candidates will have to register for the counselling session and fill out their choice of colleges and courses in the order of preference. There is no counselling fee for MHT CET 2021 candidates, however, JEE Main candidates will have to pay a certain fee. After registration, the candidates will have to go to the facilitation centres for document verification. Allotment of seats will be done on the basis of merit, preferences and availability of seats. The allotted candidates will have to confirm their seat by freezing it. They can also slide for a seat in the institute allotted but for a different course and float for upgrading to a higher choice of college and course in the next rounds.
Candidates will be able to apply for admissions into around 342 participating institutes of MHT CET 2021. Admissions will be done through the counselling of MHT CET 2021.

The authorities have released the provisional answer key of MHT CET 2021 on October 11. The correct responses to all of the questions of the entrance examination are available in the answer key of MHT CET 2021. The response sheet of the candidates is also released at the official website. Candidates will be able to check the answers and compare it with their responses to calculate the probable secured scores. The provisional answer key was open for objections from October 12 to 13. Certain fees had to be paid by the candidates to raise objections. The final MHT CET 2021 answer key will be released after the objections are checked by the authorities.
The exam conducting authorities have closed the MHT CET 2021 registration window for re-exam on October 3. Earlier, applicants were able to make MHT CET application form correction from August 14 to 16. It has to be noted that the previously paid fee was not refunded or adjusted.
Candidates are advised to check the MHT CET eligibility criteria before applying for the Maharashtra common entrance test. The eligibility criteria of MHT CET 2021 consist of the requirements that the candidates need to satisfy to fill the MHTCET forms. In case the candidates do not meet the MHT CET eligibility, then they will be disqualified from the admissions procedure.

The authorities had again opened the application form for MHT CET 2021 on the official website, mahacet.org 2021. Candidates were able to access the form only in online mode from August 12 to 16. It was essential for the candidates to submit the MHT CET application form within the prescribed dates otherwise they will not be registered for Maharashtra common entrance test.

The candidates were required to keep the following documents ready before filling out the MHTCET application form to make the process smoother:
Photograph - 15KB to 50KB in jpg format. Name of the file should be ‘photo.jpg’
Signature - 5KB to 20KB in jpg format. Should be on a white paper in black ink. Name of the file should be ‘sign.jpg’.

Candidates had to visit the official website- cetcell.mahacet.org 2021 and follow the given steps-
Step 1 - MHT CET Registration: Firstly the candidates had to go to the official website and register using their email address, mobile number, name, father’s name, date of birth and gender. A password also had to be generated by the candidates for future use.
Step 2 - Filling of Application Form: Personal, academic and contact details had to be filled out by the candidates in the application form. They will also have to select the preferred exam city and medium.
Step 3 - Uploading of Documents: Photograph, signature and identity proof had to be scanned and uploaded by the candidates as per the specifications given by the authorities.
Step 4 - Fee Payment: Candidates had to pay the required application fee of MHT CET 2021 through online mode (credit/debit card (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), IMPS, Netbanking, Cash cards/mobile wallets).
Step 5 - Submission of Form: Finally, the application form had to be submitted and a print out has to be taken for future reference.

While filling out the application form, the candidates had to select their preferred exam centre of MHT CET 2021. Since allotment of exam centres will be done as per preference and availability, the candidates are advised to select wisely. MHT CET 2021 will be conducted in around 226 exam centres across the state.

The authorities have released the official mock test of MHT CET 2021 in online mode. No login credentials are required to access the mock test so it will be available for any interested individual. Since the mock test is replicate the entrance examination, the candidates are advised to practice solving it to be familiar with the pattern of questions. The mock test can also be used for time management since it will come to an end as soon as the designated time is over.
The MHT CET admit card 2021 for re-exam was released on October 7. The authorities have released the MHT CET admit card 2021 on September 15. Registered candidates can access the admit card of MHT CET 2021 in online mode. To download the MHT CET 2021 admit card, the candidates will have to login using their application number and password. The admit card has to be downloaded and kept safely since it will be required during the entrance examination.
If the admit card is not presented at the examination centre, then the candidates will not be allowed to attempt the exam. Candidates will also be able to check the various details related to entrance examination venue address, date, timings and more through the admit card.
The authorities have released the official syllabus of MHT CET 2021 on the official website. Subjects and topics which the candidates have to study for the upcoming entrance examination are listed out in the syllabus. According to the authorities, the syllabus is 80% based on the 12th standard syllabus of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and 20% on 11th standard syllabus.
