OJEE Counselling 2021- The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination authority will release round 1 OJEE 2021 seat allotment result on November 10. Candidates who successfully completed the registration and choice filling process till November 5 will be considered for allotment. The authorities released the 2nd mock allotment of OJEE 2021 on October 31.

After the conclusion of OJEE counselling round 1, the exam conducting authority will commence counselling for Special OJEE 2021 candidates. After successful registration, candidates have to complete other steps of OJEE counselling 2021 such as choice filling, locking, mock/temporary allotment, reporting at nodal centres, final seat allotment and reporting at the allotted institutes. The allotment of seats will be through a centralised OJEE 2021 counselling on the basis of merit list through marks secured by candidates in JEE Main/ OJEE 2021. The exam conducting authority has started the OJEE counselling registration and choice filling from October 17. The authorities are conducting separate OJEE 2021 counselling for JEE Main 2021 qualified candidates. Both the counselling are being conducted in online mode. It must be noted that the authorities will conduct two of OJEE counselling 2021 and one special round.
Step 1: OJEE Counselling Registration- In the first step, eligible candidates will have to register online for the OJEE counselling process along with paying the counselling fee. Candidates will have to enter the following details for OJEE 2021 counselling registration-

After entering the above details, candidates will have to pay the OJEE 2021 counselling fee in online mode through Debit/credit card or internet banking.
Step 2: Choice Filling and Locking- In the next step, candidates will have to fill their choices of colleges and courses as per their preferences. Candidates are advised to fill in maximum choices in order to increase their chances of admission. Candidates have to lock their choices within the specified limit.
Step 3: Temporary seat allotment- The authorities will release the temporary seat allotment on the basis of choices locked by the candidates and OJEE merit list. Candidates will be able to check their OJEE seat allotment result through the official website. Candidates will also receive their seat allotment status on their registered email and mobile number.
Step 4: Reporting at Nodal Centres for Admission Fee Payment- Candidates who will be allotted seats in temporary seat allotment will have to visit the nodal reporting centres for verification of documents as well as payment of admission fees. Candidates will also be required to pay Rs 25,000 as seat confirmation fees in any branch of Axis Bank/ State Bank through e-Challan or in online mode using credit/debit card.

Class 12th standard mark sheet and pass certificate.
Resident/Nativity Certificate in original from concerned Revenue Officer not below the Tahsildar.
Original SC/ST/ Category Certificate by birth state of Odisha.
Income Certificate for TFW candidates.
Green Card issued by the Family Welfare Department of Govt. Of Odisha.
Ex-Serviceman candidates apply at Rajya Sainik Board and verify whether their name is recommended or not.
Original Certificate in support of Outlying Odia Speaking Tract category.
Certificate in support of NRI.
Medical Certificate from SCB Medical College by PC candidates.
Certificate of Employment of candidate’s parents from Govt of Odisha/Govt. Of India/Govt. Of India undertakings/Govt. Of Odisha undertakings located in Odisha at the time of application.
Step 5: Final Seat Allotment- The authorities will release the final seat allotment of OJEE 2021 after the completion of document verification and submission of fee at the nodal reporto=ing centres. The final seat allotment will be available on the official website. Candidates will have to download their seat allotment letters.
Step 6: Reporting at allotted Institute- Candidates who will be allotted seats in the final allotment will have to report to the allotted institute along with the seat allotment letter. Candidates must report to the allotted institute to confirm their allotted seats in the specified time. Candidates will also have to carry all educational documents along with other relevant documents to the allotted institute.
The institutes which offer B.Tech admissions through OJEE counselling are the participating institutes. As per previous year data, OJEE 2021 participating institutes include 8 Government/Government Aided institutes and 82 self-financed institutes. Candidates are advised to check the complete list of OJEE participating institutes 2021 to choose their preferences during the choice filling and locking process.
