OJEE Seat Allotment 2021- The Odisha Joint Entrance Engineering Board will release the OJEE 2021 round 1 seat allotment result on November 10 at the official website. Earlier, the exam authority has released the 2nd OJEE 2021 mock allotment on October 31 on the official website. Candidates will be offered seats based on OJEE 2021 results and choices filled in the application form. For JEE Main 2021 qualified candidates, authorities will conduct two provisional OJEE 2021 seat allotment rounds. Candidates will be able to check the result of OJEE seat allotment 2021 at ojee.nic.in. To check the OJEE seat allotment result, candidates will have to enter their application number and password. After the OJEE 2021 seat allotment is done, candidates will have to download the provisional allotment letter and report to the allotted institute for document verification and confirm their seat allotment. JEE Main qualified candidates will be allotted seats on the basis of their performance in special entrance exam of OJEE 2021. OJEE Counselling 2021

To participate in the OJEE 2021 counselling, candidates have to first get themselves registered by entering their choice of college and course in choice filling step in order of their preference along with the basic details. Candidates will be able to select as many choices as possible.

Also, registered candidates will be able to swap, move and change the priority of already filled choices. Once registration is done, the admission authority will release a mock seat allotment of OJEE on the basis of choices entered by the candidates.

Candidates seeking admission have to qualify JEE Main 2021, however, non-JEE Main qualified candidates will also be able to take admission through a special OJEE 2021 entrance exam. Separate counselling is being conducted for candidates participating through JEE Main and through a special OJEE entrance test.

OJEE Seat Allotment 2021

Candidates who will successfully register for OJEE counselling will be eligible for the seat allotment. After the counselling registration is done, authorities will publish the result of OJEE 2021 seat allotment round 1 on November 9. It will be released on the OJEE 2021 official website. The authorities will allot seats on the basis of merit. The OJEE merit list will be prepared after evaluating JEE Main 2021 scores obtained by candidates. Along with the ranks, authorities will also consider the category of candidates, preferred college and course while seat allotment of OJEE 2021.

Temporary OJEE 2021 Seat Allotment

Candidates will be notified regarding the via SMS to their registered mobile number. The result of the seat allotment of OJEE 2021 will be made available on the official website. Candidates who will be allotted seats will have to download their OJEE 2021 seat allotment letter and e-challan of the State Bank of India or Axis Bank. The admission fee amounting to Rs. 25,000 (admission fee: Rs. 20,000 and University registration fee: Rs. 5,000) will have to be paid by the candidates through e-challan. Also, candidates will also be able to pay the admission fee in an online mode (credit/debit card/net banking) after logging in to account.

Document Verification at Nodal Centres

While reporting at the assigned institutes, candidates will be required to carry all the original as well as photocopy of all the necessary documents. Note that candidates will not be able to confirm their seat without completing the document verification process.

  • Income certificate for TFW certificate

  • Qualifying examination pass certificate from Odisha

Candidates who will successfully complete the verification process will not be required to report to centres for further rounds. If any candidate fails to get their documents verified, the admission fee of Rs. 25,000 will be refunded back and the seat allotted will be cancelled.

Final OJEE Seat Allotment 2021

Candidates will be able to check the status of their final allotment of seats online. Also, a notification will be sent through SMS to registered candidates. All the candidates who will be allotted seats will have to download their final allotment letter. Also, newly allotted candidates will have to pay the admission fees and report at the respective nodal centres for document verification, while other candidates will have to report at the institute to pay the balance fee.

How to withdraw OJEE 2021 Seat?

Candidates will be allowed to withdraw their seats allotted to them. To withdraw the OJEE seat 2021, candidates will be required to report to the nodal centre within the scheduled time and fill the application giving details regarding the account in which they wish to get the paid fee refunded. Authority will refund the university registration fees which the candidate provided while filling the withdrawal form.
