Rules of Changing Branch in GFTI - How to Change BTech Branch in GFTIs

Rules of Changing Branch in GFTIs- Admission to Government Funded Technical Institutes( GFTIs) is sought after by many aspirants due to their higher quality of education, good infrastructure & lower fees. GFTIs are also preferred by candidates as the cutoffs of the institutions are lower than those of IITs or NITs in India.

However, as the competition to gain admission in GIFTs is high, aspirants may sometimes get admission to the institute itself but it may not be in a course of their choice. In such cases, the institutes have facilitated the candidates with the option of changing their branches in GFTIs.

The institutes have certain eligibility norms about the changing of B.tech branches in the particular institutes. Candidates can learn about the eligibility criteria required to change branches in BTech in GFTIs.
