UPTAC B.Tech Seat Allotment 2023 - UPTAC will soon announce the UP 2023 B.Tech seat allotment result on August 14, 2023. The authority will announce the UP 2023 B.Tech seat allotment online for each round separately at the website uptac.admissions.nic.in. Hereafter, candidates will be allowed to apply for the online willingness option and pay their UP B.Tech seat acceptance fee. The AKTU BTech counselling for JEE (Main) 2023 candidates will be conducted online. Candidates shall be able to apply for the UPTAC counselling 2023 as per the schedule. UPTAC Counselling 2023
Candidates with valid JEE Main score are eligible to appear for UPTAC 2023 counselling. Applicants first need to pay the counselling fee in online mode through net banking/credit card/debit card. After the successful transaction, candidates have to upload all the required documents on the UPTAC counselling 2023 portal. The exam conducting authority will verify all the documents uploaded on the portal. After successful verification, candidates have to complete choice filling for UPTAC 2023 B.Tech seat allotment process.

Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) will conduct the seat allotment process after the conclusion of the choice filling process. The exam conducting authority will conduct 5 rounds of UPTAC counselling 2023 with two additional spot rounds. Candidates will be allotted seats on the basis of their performance in the entrance examination, availability of seats, and preference filled by the applicant.

What after UPTAC 2023 Seat Allotment?
After the allotment of seats on the basis of the UPTAc merit list 2023, candidates will have to select the choices from the counselling portal. Applicants have to choose between freeze, float, and withdraw. For more details, candidates can check below.
Freezing: If a candidate is satisfied with the seat allotted to them can freeze their choice. Applicants who freeze their allotted seats have to pay the seat acceptance fee also in online mode.
Floating: in case a candidate is not satisfied with the seat allotted to him/her and wants to be considered for the next round.
Withdrawal: In case a candidate is not satisfied with the seat allotment or wants to withdraw their candidature.
Reporting to Allotted Institutes
The candidates who will accept the seat allotted to them will have to complete the admission process. Candidates have to submit the seat acceptance fee before completing the admission process. UPTAC seat acceptance fee for General/OBC is Rs. 20,000 while SC/ST category candidates have to pay 12,000. The payment of UPTAC seat allotment 2023 needs to be done in online mode only. Applicants reporting to the institute have to carry all the required documents along with the online fee receipt.
