The university has mandated the minimum qualifying marks in BHU LLB 2021. Aspirants who score less than minimum marks will be disqualified from the admission process. Those who score equal to or more than qualifying marks will be issued counselling call letters. However, candidates should also note that, in the counselling process, candidates will be called in the order of rank in the merit list.
If two or more candidates have scored similar marks, the Banaras Hindu university decides the inter-se ranking by following the pre-decided formula.
If two candidates have scored equal marks, preference in ranking will be given to the candidate who has more aggregate marks in the qualifying exam.
If the tie is still unresolved, the candidate senior in age will be given preference.
The university releases the cut off for BHU LLB after each round of counselling. The BHU LLB cut off happens to be the last rank or minimum marks that are accepted for admissions. Candidates who do not meet the BHU LLB cutoff will effectively be out of the admission process. The BHU LLB 2021 cut off will depend on many factors such as number of applicants, number of seats available in the LLB course, exam level and others.
The BHU LLB cut off indicates the safe score/ranking for getting admissions to the university. Hence, candidates must check the previous year cut off and try to secure a better rank than previous year’s cut off. The BHU LLB cut off for last year is given below.
