• Candidates belonging to the general category must have obtained at least 45% marks in the exam, whereas for SC/ST/PwD candidates the minimum qualifying mark is 40%. The marks will be calculated considering the best four subjects excluding Environmental Studies of WBCHSE.

• Candidates who have passed from ISC, CBSE and Rabindra Mumto Vidyalay must have obtained an “equivalent Certificate” from the Registrar Office, the University of Calcutta before the commencement of the admission process.
