3) Open the 'Preferences' tab
4) Update the three test centre preferences as required. (The list of updated exam centres is given below)
5) Click the Next (>) button. Scroll down, agree to the declaration and click the Save Form option.

CLAT application form has been closed on June 15 (11:59 pm), only the edit option is available. The candidate may now apply for IPU CET Law admission 2021 in which admission will be offered based on CLAT scores.Click here to apply for IPU Law (LLB/LLM) programmes. CLAT application form 2021 was released on January 1, 2021, in online mode at consortiumofnlus.ac.in. Candidates register by creating a CLAT applicant account. Next, they were required to fill the application form by entering personal, communication, education details, and selecting NLUs in the order of preference. The application fee is Rs 4000 (Rs 3500 for SC and ST candidates).
Eligible candidates who have passed Class 12th are eligible to register for the CLAT UG exam 2021. Meanwhile, law graduates could apply for PG-CLAT 2021.
The CLAT 2021 will be conducted on July 23 in pen-and-paper mode at various exam centres across the country. Given the pandemic, the consortium has assured that full safety protocols will be followed to ensure the safety of candidates.

In order to fill the application form, candidates have to upload some documents and provide information related to identity and educational qualification. Hence, candidates should keep the following documents handy while filling the application form for CLAT 2021.

Candidates have to fill the CLAT application form in online mode. The detailed application process of CLAT can be summed up in the following steps.

On the Home Page, click on the "Click Here" tab to open the login panel as shown below.
Click on the Register option
Fill the CLAT registration form by entering the details such as name, mobile number and password.
You will receive an OTP at the registered mobile number. Verify the mobile number to complete the registration.
Upload a recent photograph and signature as per the instructions.
Enter personal information including the candidate's full name, father’s name, mother’s name, category, date of birth, nationality, NRI category status (if applicable).
After filling in all details, click on the next option to move to the next section.
Enter correspondence address and permanent address in the given space.
Enter the name of your state and other details as asked.
Click next to proceed to the new section
Candidates will need to provide the educational qualification details of Class 10th and Class 12th. Those applying for CLAT PG will need to provide graduation details in addition to the school qualification details. The details required for filling the qualifying examination details for CLAT 2021 application form include the following.

Candidates will need to select any three exam centres (cities) from the available choices. CLAT will likely be conducted in more than 67 cities. Note that the exam centres should be selected in the order of preference. The list of CLAT exam centres is given below.
One of the most important parts of the CLAT application form 2021 is providing NLU preferences. Candidates must fill the NLUs preferences after considering all aspects of their course. Many national law universities are offering domicile reservation. In addition, there are various other types of reservations such as national reservation, PwD reservation etc. If a candidate wants to take benefits of a reservation, he/she will have to select his/her category and upload the relevant documents.
After entering the reservation details, candidates will need to tick on the declaration box and submit the CLAT application form by clicking on submit option.
Candidates may submit the CLAT application fee in online mode from the payment gateway available along with the application form. For unreserved category candidates, the application fee is Rs. 4000. The application fee for SC/ST category is Rs. 3500 only. The application fee can be paid using net banking, credit and debit cards.

The consortium is unlikely to provide a CLAT application correction window. This means, once the application form is submitted, there is no way to rectify it afterwards. So, it is important that one bears caution when filling the application form of CLAT 2021.

The Consortium will issue the CLAT 2021 admit card to the successfully registered candidates. CLAT admit card will be mandatory for appearing in the examination. Candidates will be able to download the admit card by logging in to the admission portal of the Consortium. CLAT Seat Intake is 2622 for UG law programmes and 783 for LLM courses.
