The National Testing Agency conducts the Central Universities Entrance Test (CUET) for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate programmes offered by various universities and colleges. These universities also offer various types of LLB programmes at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Last year, there were only 17 universities that offered undergraduate LLB programmes through CUET. This year, over 200 government and private universities are participating in CUET for 5-year LLB programmes. There are central and state universities that offer postgraduate programmes through CUET LLB and CUET LLM. Delhi University has also resolved to accept the CUET scores for admission to postgraduate programmes including the LLB and LLM programmes.

Candidates looking for admission to CUET LLB colleges should select the universities in the order of preference while filling out the application form. After appearing in the CUET LLB 2024, such candidates can apply for admission to the selected universities and submit their entrance exam score.
