CEE, Kerala issues KLEE eligibility criteria for the candidates who want to fill the application form. In terms of minimum educational qualification, candidates appearing for 3-year LLB should graduate, while those appearing for 5-year LLB should have completed senior secondary from a recognized board.
To fill the application form in one go, candidates will need to keep all documents, certificates, and other things ready. One should keep the following documents handy at the time of the KLEE application process.
Scanned copies of mark sheets and certificates of the qualifying exam.
Candidate’s photograph and signature in the prescribed format.
Age certificate (HSLC or birth certificate)
Cast certificate and community certificate (if applicable)

The exam authorities release the application form of KLEE 2021 on its entrance exam portal. Candidates can fill the application form in 5 steps as mentioned below.

In order to register for the exam, open the KLEE official website (Entrance portal) and access the registration form.
Visit the KLEE admission portal.
Select the course for which you are applying (3-year LLB or 5-year LLB)
Click on ‘apply online’ option
The KLEE registration form will appear, provide the email address, mobile number.
Select a password of 8 characters
Submit the details and click on “Confirm” option to complete the registration.
After successful registration, the candidate will receive a confirmation email and message containing the KLWW application number. The number will be used for further application process.
Step 2: Fill the KLEE Application Form
At this stage, the candidate will have to provide the basic information required for processing the KLEE application form. The application form should be filled correctly as the information provided here will be used for the entire admission process. Any kind of false information may affect the candidates eligibility for admission or the entitlement to the reservation. The application form can be filled in following steps.
Login using the application number and password.
Select any three exam centres of your choice in order of preference.
Fill the educational qualification details, category, state, personal information including communication details.
Click on “Submit and Finalize” option
Remember, the application form once filled will not be subject to correction. Hence, it is advised that the candidates must cross check all sections before submitting the details.
Step 3 - Pay KLEE Application Fee
Candidates can pay the application fee either in online mode or in offline mode.
Online mode - If the candidate selects online mode of fee submission, the admission portal will redirect to the online payment gateway. Candidates can use the credit card, debit card or net banking facilities to submit application fees.
Offline mode - If the candidate has selected offline mode of payment, he/she will have to generate the e-challan.
Candidates will need to take a print out of e-challan by clicking on ‘print e-challan’. The printed e-challan must be filled correctly and submitted at any of the Head and Sub Post Offices in Kerala. The application fee must be handover along with the e-challan at the office counters.

Step - 4: Upload photo and signature
After the payment of the application fee, candidates will have to upload a passport size photo (colour) and a signature in the prescribed format and size. Apart from photo and signature, the candidates will also have to upload other documents related to nativity, cast, age and others as mentioned below.

Step 5 - Print application form
After completing the application process, candidates should print the confirmation page. The confirmation page will reflect the complete application form as filled by the candidates. Hence, it is important to take the printout of it and save for future reference.
Candidates should note that the printed application form must not be sent to the CEE Kerala office.

Successfully registered candidates will be issued the KLLE 2021 admit card at least two weeks before the examination. Candidates will have to download the admit card from the admission portal of CEE Kerala. The admit card of KLEE happens to be the most important document for appearing in the examination. It will be mandatory for candidates to carry their admit card along with a valid ID at the KLEE exam centre. The admit card also contains important information such as the roll number of the candidate, allotted exam centre details, date and time of the test etc.
