NUJS Kolkata Placements 2021 - For the most recent batch of LLB graduates (2020), the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (WBNUJS) has announced 100% success in its campus placements. WBNUJS has an organized Campus Recruitment Committee (CRC) to oversee the process of campus placements. According to the university, their campus placements drives have seen the participation of some of the finest national and international law firms and corporate houses. In addition to the campus placements, the university helps law graduates secure internships. The NUJS Kolkata placement records provide a qualitative review of the university’s education quality and acceptability. This year, the national-level law entrance exam, CLAT exam 2021 will be conducted on June 13, in offline mode. WBNUJS Kolkata is offering 127 seats in 5-year integrated LLB and 60 seats in LLM programme.

NUJS Kolkata Placements 2021

According to VC Nirmal Kanti Chakraborty, there were 120 students in the batch. The highest offer Rs 22 lakh was less than the previous year’s 30 Lakh. Placements were done in virtual meetings due to the COVID-19 pandemic. According to media reports, the topper and runner up students at NUJS decided to opt-out of the placements process and go abroad for higher education.

The top recruiters were Amarchand Mangaldas, AZV, Trilegal law firm, Khaitan and Co, Bharucha and Partners. Corporate houses such as ICICI, GAIL, ITC, Tata AIG also participated in the campus placement drive.
