When to Start Practicing CAT Question Papers?
Candidates must start solving the CAT question papers or CAT sample papers once they complete the syllabus of any one section or earlier also. If a candidate is starting everything from the scratch, it is recommended to have a look at the CAT previous year paper. This is in order to get familiar with the exam pattern of CAT. But one should not start solving them prior to preparation as it won’t prove fruitful. Thus, first, complete the CAT 2021 syllabus and ensure that you are well versed with all the formulae and theorems. The ideal time to start solving them is three months before the CAT exam.
CAT toppers and CAT mentors recommend solving at least 30-40 mock tests during CAT preparation. Some toppers attempt even up to 80 mock tests.
