IIM Bodh Gaya Admission Criteria 2024
Supplementary Admission Process (SAP) will be conducted for those students who will not receive any call from the CAP 2024. For IIM Bodhgaya MBA Admission 2024, IIM BG will participate in the IIM CAP (Common Admission Process) along with 8 other baby IIMs. The IIM Bodh Gaya admission policy also includes the criteria based on which the final merit list will be prepared.
IIM BG admission criteria includes three stages on which candidates will be shortlisted such as CAT score, PA (Personal Appearance such as PI) process, and academic profile followed by work experience. IIM Bodh Gaya Admission 2024- CAP registration
Candidates are required to register for CAP 2024 in order to appear for the IIM Bodh Gaya admission phases. Prior to filling out the CAP 2024 registration form, keep the following documents ready.
- Scanned copy of passport-size photograph (less than 100 KB)
- Scanned copy of signature (less than 100 KB)
- Photo ID care document
- CAT 2023 scorecard
- 10th & 12th mark sheet with a pass certificate
- Graduation related documents
- Graduation mark sheet of all years/ semesters
- A degree certificate is required for those who have completed their graduation before 2021
- Provisional degree certificate for those candidates who have completed their bachelor's in 2023 but have not received their degree certificate
- Those candidates who are pursuing their final year of graduation, then in such case they need to upload the certificate as per CAT 2023 format, which can be obtained from the competent authority by the following CAT website
- Marksheet and certificate of any other degree professional qualification/ master's as mentioned in the CAT form
- Experience related certificate
- Authorities will consider training and apprenticeship as an experience
- Experience certificates from all past companies will be considered. The certificate must be on the company letterhead, which should be sealed, and the signature of the competent authority
- A service certificate is required from the company's letterhead competent authority with a seal and signature for those who are presently working. Otherwise, provide the offer letter/ joining letter with a first-month payslip and payslip of the latest two months
- If a candidate is a proprietor or partner of such a firm, then they have to provide documentary proof such as income tax for the relevant period and a certificate of registration for doing business from the municipal corporation or MSME certificate issued by the Government of India, Udyog Aadhar Registration Certificate, Partnership deed of the firm duly signed by all the partners and GST registration certificate
- In case, if a candidate has worked or working in the unorganized sector, then in such case candidate has to provide a cash voucher along with the bank statement as proof of the salary and the GST registration of the firm with an experience certificate
- Candidates belonging to the reserved categories need to provide valid caste certificates (NC-OBC/ SC/ ST) as per the given format on the CAT website.
- In the case of NC-OBC, it should be valid for the next six months from the date of registration
- In the case of, the PwD/ DAP category, need to provide the certificate following the format given on the IIM CAT website

Stages Involved in IIM Bodh Gaya Admission 2024
Since IIM Bodh Gaya comes under Baby IIMs and is newly formed, it is offering only admissions to PGP (MBA) program to candidates. The batch size of the PGP batch is 300. Out of 210 seats are gender neutral, 90 seats are supernumerary for girl candidates in the MBA programme. The admission criteria of IIM Bodh Gaya 2024 given below are divided into three stages.

Stage 1: Criteria for Shortlisting to PI
The selection of candidates for the Personal Interview process is done on the basis of the CAT 2023 cutoff. The minimum marks required by candidates for moving to the next stage are called the cutoff of CAT. Given below is the minimum cutoff on which candidates will be shortlisted for PA( personal appearance) process.

Note 1- The above-given cutoffs are the latest as per IIM Bodh Gaya 2024 admissions. The 9 IIMs (IIM Bodh Gaya, IIM Jammu, IIM Ranchi, IIM Kashipur, IIM Raipur, IIM Sambalpur, IIM Sirmaur, IIM Trichy, and IIM Udaipur) have adopted a common admission process (CAP) of WAT and PI.
Note 2 - If the actual number of shortlisted candidates is found to be less or more than the required number of candidates to be called for WAT and PI category-wise, then the overall, as well as section-wise minimum score, would be reduced or increased accordingly to get the desired number of candidates.
Stage 2 & 3: Conducting the PA process (Common for all Baby IIMs)
IIM Bodh Gaya will do the final selection on the basis of the candidate's performance on various parameters. The parameters include CAT score, Personal Appearance round, work experience as well as gender diversity of selected candidates. As per the IIM Bodh Gaya admission criteria 2024, marks obtained by candidates in Class 10, and Class 12, as well as work experience, plays a vital role in the selection for the PGP course. Final points are awarded on the basis of aggregate marks in Classes 10 and 12.
For the candidates shortlisted for PI as per IIM Bodh Gaya shortlisting criteria, but not qualified in CAP 2024, PI will be conducted through a separate process - Supplementary Admission Process (SAP) 2024. IIM Bodh Gaya will use the CAT 2024 score for the purpose of shortlisting candidates. Overall CAT score (45%) and VARC score (5%).

As per the IIM Bodh Gaya Admission Criteria 2024, the Government of India's Reservation Policy will be considered by IIM Bodh Gaya strictly. Given below reservations will be followed:

Offer Acceptance Fee and Withdrawal
On the basis of the above-mentioned admission criteria of IIM Bodh Gaya 2024, candidates will be shortlisted. Such candidates receiving admission offers from IIM Bodh Gaya will have to accept the offer along with paying an offer acceptance fee of Rs. 50,000 within the dates stipulated. If any candidate subsequently wishes to withdraw the offer within the withdrawal date specified by IIM Bodh Gaya, the Offer acceptance amount will be refunded after deducting Rs. 1,000 as processing charges. After the date of withdrawal, no refund will be admissible.
Fee Structure of IIM Bodh Gaya
Candidates who will be selected will have to pay total fees of around Rs. 12,95,000 for the two years MBA program. Note that this IIM Bodh Gaya fees structure is based on the previous year admission and can be revised. The final update will be notified in case of changes. The fees are to be paid in the division as given below.

For IIM Bodh Gaya MBA admissions 2024-26, the seat intake is a total of 180 seats, out of which 30 seats are supernumerary for girl candidates.
Need-Based Financial Assistance (NBFA)
Indian Institute of Management Bodh Gaya also provides Need-Based Financial Assistance (NBFA) to all eligible participants admitted to the Postgraduate Programme in Management (PGP). The objective of NBFA is to ensure that no participant is deprived of education at the institute for financial reasons.
