MAT Registration (August Session) 2024 Start Date: IBT, PBT and CBT Mode Application Form

Before doing the MAT exam registration 2024, applicants can go through the things to be noted regarding the MAT exam.

  • All India Management Association (AIMA) is conducting the MAT exam 2024 in four sessions, February, May, September and December in a year.

  • Candidates can do the MAT 2024 registration only online through the official website.

  • Management Aptitude Test 2024 will be held in CBT, PBT, and IBT modes.

  • Candidates can appear for more than one mode of the exam by paying the requisite AIMA MAT exam fee 2024.

  • Candidates can choose from around 7 management institutes to share the MAT exam 2024 scorecard free of cost. The additional institutes can only be selected by payment of MAT 2024 application fees of Rs. 118.

Students must keep the following documents and information ready before doing AIMA MAT exam registration:

  • Scanned copy of the passport-size photograph and signature in jpg/jpeg format.

Steps to create MAT exam registration login

  • Candidates can visit the MAT exam official website - mat.aima.in.

  • Enter the details such as Name, Phone Number, Email ID, Date of Birth and set a password to create a MAT login account.

  • Confirm the details added and click the submit button.

  • After submission of the MAT exam registration details, an OTP will be shared to the registered mobile number.

  • After the verification of OTP, a new login will be shared to the registered email id.

  • Using the credentials, the candidate can log in to the account and complete the MAT exam registration.


Steps to complete the MAT Exam 2024 Registration

Step 1: Select AIMA MAT test mode and exam centre

Choose the MAT exam centres 2024 to attend the CBT and PBT mode exams. Applicants are allowed to choose at least one or two exam modes.

Step 2: Upload photo and signature

Upload the recent passport-size photograph and signature as per the below format:

  • Scanned copy of light coloured photograph (not more than six months old) in JPEG/JPG format only.

  • The background of the photo must be white.

  • Caps and dark glasses are not acceptable.

  • Candidates wearing the reading glass must ensure that there is no reflection.

  • Religious headwear is acceptable.


Signature (Between 5 and 20 KB)

  • Scanned copy of signature in JPEG/JPG format only.

  • Sign with a black ink pen on white paper and scan it.

  • Make ensure that the same signature is used while writing the exam and in the interview round. A mismatch in signatures will disqualify the candidates.

Step 3: Select Management Institutes

Candidates who opt for two test modes can choose two management colleges to send their MAT exam scorecard to in addition to choosing five colleges.

Step 4: Payment of MAT exam application fees

After choosing the colleges the payment section will appear on the screen. Payment can done through Debit / Credit Card / Net Banking/Wallet. The MAT exam fees 2024 are around Rs. 2100 and an additional payment of Rs. 1200 is to be made to attend any two test modes.

Step 5: Enter the personal and educational details

After the payment of MAT exam fees 2024, candidates must fill out the personal details, education qualifications and work experience (if any).

Step 6: View and Download the MAT registration form.

How to retrieve the MAT exam login password?

Candidates who forgot their MAT login password can easily retrieve it by following the steps mentioned below.

  • Click on the ‘Forgot password’ tab shown in the MAT exam login window.

  • Enter the following details E-mail address, Mobile number and Date of birth to verify your MAT application.

  • After submitting the details, a new link will be shared to the registered email address.

  • Candidates can click on the new link and create a new password for the AIMA MAT account.
