Inch

Question:
A five feet tall person is 60 inches tall. Calculate how many centimetres tall is a five feet person.
Solution:
We know that,
60 in = 60 in (2.54 cm/ 1 in)
Now cancel out inches,
We get
60 in = 60 x 2.54
60 in = 152.4 cm
Therefore, a five feet person is 152.4 centimetres tall.
