The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Guwahati, conducts the Assam PG medical/dental admission process. Assam PG medical 2024 admission criteria
The regulatory authority will admit candidates to the following Assam PG medical courses in accordance with the results of NEET PG.
In order to fill 50% of the All India Quota seats, MCC conducts counselling based on the NEET PG scores.
DME will fill the remaining 50% state quota seats, Assam, based on state merit rank derived from NEET PG 2024 scores.
Admission regulatory bodies will use NEET PG scores to determine admission to all MD/MS/PG Diploma seats in private universities.
The DGHS will conduct counselling for deemed/central universities for admission to PG medical courses on behalf of MCC.

Assam PG medical admission 2024: Eligibility criteria

Assam NEET PG application form 2024
For Assam PG medical 2024, applicants must submit their applications online. Candidates must submit their NEET PG details, contact information, personal information, and other requested information. Applicants must also submit demand drafts for 100 rupees as part of the application procedure. Only applications submitted by the deadline will be eligible for document verification.

Assam NEET PG 2024 merit list
The admission committee, DME, Assam, will publish the Assam PG 2024 merit list online. The names and categories of the candidates, their score (out of 1200), their NEET PG rank, their state rank, and the state where they completed their MBBS will be listed on the merit list. The NEET PG Assam state merit list 2024 will be prepared based on the results. The merit list will only contain names of those candidates whose applications will be received by the deadline. Being on the NEET PG Assam merit list 2024 does not ensure admission to the Assam PG medical institutions.
