Steps to make the changes in the image through NEET 2021 correction window
Go to the official website - neet.nta.nic.in
Click on the ‘NEET candidate login’ link
Submit application number and password received while registration for NEET 2021
A message to change images in the form will be displayed on the screen
Upload the correct passport size photographs and signature
After submitting the corrections, an OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number
Download the correction slip for future references
Aspirants who will not receive any SMS or mail from NTA regarding the discrepancy in the NEET application form, then they are advised to log in through NEET candidate login 2021 once and check all details in their form. Cross verify each and every detail and match the data entered with the certificates and ensure that all details and spellings are correct. Step 2: Enter the application number, password and security code.
Step 3: Then, click on the link stating, ‘Correction Cum Filling up of Phase 2 in Application Form Particulars"’

After making all the corrections in the NEET application form 2021, aspirants need to enter the security pin. In case of more corrections, they can click on the ‘back’ button or select the ‘preview and submit’ option for successful submission.
Note: It must be noted that the changes once submitted cannot be changed, therefore, aspirants need to be careful during modifications.
Step 5: Cross-check the edited fields in the preview section. On the preview page, the corrections made in NEET 2021 application will be displayed in ‘Red’ colour with the modification done. After verifying, enter the One Time Password (OTP) received in the mobile number and email ID, then, click on ‘final submit’.
Once the final submission is done, a pop-up message stating, “This is a one-time correction facility. No corrections will be allowed after final submission.” Candidates can proceed by selecting the option ‘Yes, please do’. In case of some other edits, click on ‘oops! No’ option. Once the final submission is done, NTA will not entertain any request for NEET correction 2021.
Step 6: After the successful submission of the NEET application correction form 2021, it is important to take a printout of the correction slip. To take a printout, click on the link, ‘click here to print this page’ available in the blue font at the top of the screen.
In case of changes in the category, students will be required to deposit the additional fees. The application fees should be submitted in online mode through net banking or debit/credit cards on or before the last date of the correction window.
Candidates can take the printout of NEET correction slip 2021 by logging in using their credentials and clicking on the link, ‘Click here to take the printout of correction slip’. The corrections made through the correction window of NEET 2021 will be indicated in red colour.

The NTA will shortly release the official answer key of NTA NEET 2021 on the official website. Candidates will be provided a few days to challenge any answer key. Based on the challenges made by the aspirants, the NEET 2021 result will be announced in the online mode. Earlier, based on the details filled in the NEET 2021 phase 2 form, NTA issued the NEET 2021 admit card on September 6. The admit card comprises the personal details of the candidate, as well as details of the exam like reporting timings, address of the test centre, etc. Aspirnats are advised to retain the NEET 2021 admit card until the end of the admission process.
