Eligible aspirants who will register themselves for the NEET exam can edit their details during NEET correction 2021 and submit the correction registration fee within the due dates, if applicable. In order to use the NEET application correction window facility and do any correction in the form, if needed, candidates have to log in to their NEET applicant portal with their application number and password/date of birth.
As per the authority, medical students can correct some fields in the NEET application form 2021, which can be checked on this page. NEET 2021 application form correction guide is a step-wise guide to assist aspirants to know the procedure to edit/delete information in the application form. NEET correction 2021 done after the last date will not be accepted. Likewise previous year, NTA will mail the registered candidates of NEET 2021 regarding the discrepancy in the uploaded passport size photograph and signature. Below is the procedure for making changes in passport size photograph and signature in the NEET application form 2021.
Steps to make the changes in the image through NEET 2021 correction window
Go to the official website - neet.nta.nic.in
Click on the ‘NEET candidate login’ link
Submit application number and password received while registration for NEET 2021
A message to change images in the form will be displayed on the screen
Upload the correct passport size photographs and signature
After submitting the corrections, an OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number
Download the correction slip for future references
Aspirants who will not receive any SMS or mail from NTA regarding the discrepancy in the NEET application form, then they are advised to log in through NEET candidate login 2021 once and check all details in their form. Cross verify each and every detail and match the data entered with the certificates and ensure that all details and spellings are correct. If there is any mistake, then they have to immediately do correction through NEET 2021 correction window facilities.

Step 1: Click on the link available on this page.
Step 2: In the candidate login, enter the application number and date of birth.
Step 3: Then, click on the link stating, ‘Click here for corrections in NEET (UG)-2021 Application’
Step 4: In the application form, students can edit/delete/modify the following details through NEET application correction guide 2021:
Personal details - father’s/mother’s name, date of birth, gender, eligibility for 15% AIQ, ID card details among others
Birthplace, the medium of question paper, NEET exam centers 2021 preferences
Class 10th academic details - board name, name of school/college/institution/university, year of passing, percentage of marks obtained
Class 11th details - school/college name, passing year, place of study, state where studied, district name
Class 12th education - board name, school name & address, place, school location details, qualifying examination code, passing year, percentage of marks obtained, roll number

After making all the corrections in NEET application form 2021, aspirants need to enter the security pin. In case of more corrections, they can click on the ‘back’ button or select ‘preview and submit’ option for successful submission.
Note: It must be noted that the changes once submitted cannot be changed, therefore, aspirants need to be careful during modifications.
Step 5: Cross-check the edited fields in the preview section. In the preview page, the corrections made in NEET 2021 application will be displayed in ‘Red’ color with the modification done. After verifying, enter the One Time Password (OTP) received in the mobile number and email ID, then, click on ‘final submit’.
Once the final submission is done, a pop-up message stating, “This is one time correction facility. No corrections will be allowed after final submission.” Candidates can proceed by selecting option ‘Yes, please do’. In case of some other edits, click on ‘oops! No’ option. Once final submission is done, NTA will not entertain any request for NEET correction 2021.
Step 6: After the successful submission of NEET correction form 2021, it is important to take a printout of correction slip. To take a printout, click on link, ‘click here to print this page’ available in blue font at the top of the screen.
In case of changes in category, students will be required to deposit the additional fees. The application fees should be submitted in online mode through net banking or debit/credit cards on or before the last date of correction window.
Candidates can take the printout of NEET correction slip 2021 by logging in using their credentials and clicking on the link, ‘Click here to take printout of correction slip’. The corrections made through correction window of NEET 2021 will be indicated in red color.

Based on the details in the application form after the NEET correction window 2021, NTA will issue the NEET 2021 admit card tentatively on September 9. The admit card comprises the personal details of the candidate, as well as details of the exam like reporting timings, address of the test centre, etc. In order to download NEET UG 2021 admit card, candidates will be required to log in using the application number, password/date of birth. On the NEET 2021 exam day, aspirants need to carry a hard copy of it, valid id proof, and a NEET passport size photo.
