Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot (BFUHS) released the PPMET application form 2024 at bfuhs.ac.in. The PPMET application form 2024 window was available from May 9 to June 5, 2024. Eligible candidates could pay the online application fee till June 6, 2024. Fill registration form
Aspirants are required to visit the official website, bfuhs.ac.in, and fill registration form carefully and after successful registration of the PPMET entrance exam 2024 application form, aspirants will receive a Registration No. and Password on their registered mobile number and Email ID.

Payment of application fee
After filling the online PPMET application form, candidates will have to submit the application form fee in online mode through the payment gateway provided at the official website. PPMET application form fee 2024 is provided in the table below.

Upload Photo, Signature, Thumb impression
After payment of application fee of PPMET 2024, aspirants have to log in to their applicant portal by entering the login credentials and then required to their passport size photographs, signature, thumb impression.

Note: Candidates must note that the passport size of the photograph must be of 25kb size. The photo must be the latest clicked and identical. The name of the aspirants must be printed at bottom of the uploaded photo along with the Date.

Lock Application
Aspirants are then advised to cross-verify all the details filled in the PPMET application form and lock the application.
