Tie-breaking criteria of Tamil Nadu MBBS merit list 2023
The following tie-breaking criteria will be used by DME to resolve ties and prepare the Tamil Nadu MBBS/BDS merit list in case of two candidates have equal scores.
Candidates with higher marks in Biology will be given a higher position in the Tamil Nadu NEET 2023 merit list
Aspirants obtaining higher scores in Chemistry will be awarded a higher rank in the merit list of Tamil Nadu MBBS/BDS 2023
Applicants with a lesser wrong answers in NEET 2023 will be allotted a better rank in the Tamil Nadu MBBS merit list
What after Tamil Nadu MBBS/BDS merit list?
After publishing the merit list of Tamil Nadu NEET 2023, the authority will conduct the counselling process. Candidates included in the Tamil Nadu MBBS/BDS merit list will be called for the counselling process. Tamil Nadu MBBS counselling 2023 will be conducted in an offline mode. Three rounds of Tamil Nadu MBBS 2023 counselling including a mop-up round will be held. During counselling of Tamil Nadu NEET, 2023 students will be asked to fill in their preferences of courses and colleges, based on which admission will be granted.
