The major exams including CBSE class 12 boards have been postponed to June due to the increasing effect of COVID cases. On that account, it is expected that the authority have postpone the RPVT exam.
In consideration of the postponement of CBSE board exams, various state boards, including Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, Delhi, Maharashtra, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Odisha have postponed class 12 exams. Along with this CBSE and Haryana Board class 10 exam got cancelled.
Other reasons for RPVT exam postponement
The third wave of COVID 19 is expected soon.
Various states have implemented lockdown and night curfew which will be a big issue for transportation.
The exam centers are not available in every district.
To avoid inconvenience, students with exam centers in different cities would have to reach that city at least a day before which increases their susceptibility of getting infected.
Major states like Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat are the worst-hit with the most number of active cases, followed by Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Madhya Pradesh, Delhi. So authority might consider this to postpone RPVT 2021 to a new date.
Due to COVID situation, authorities have previously postponed the RPVT exam. Previously on July 17, 2020, authorities have released the notice regarding the postponement stating that the decision of the RPVT exam postponement has been taken due to the ongoing crisis of COVID-19 across the country. Click on ‘Download RPVT admit card’ link, when available
Enter the User ID/registration number, password and course
RPVT admit card 2021 will appear on the screen
Verify the details mentioned in the hall ticket
Download and take printouts of admit card along with proforma
Affix a postcard size photograph in the proforma as per the specifications
