The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) publishes the links to download the provisional NIOS marksheet online through the official website, results.nios.ac.in. Procedure for NIOS Duplicate Marksheet

Students will need to have a bank draft of the requisite fee in favour of the secretary, NIOS, Payable at NOIDA, along with the prescribed application form and original affidavit (specimen given on the 2nd page of Application Form) duly signed by the Notary. The fee for duplicate marksheet is Rs 200. They also need to attach documentary proof (such as a photocopy of I-card or any document received from NIOS) and send this to the following address:
