NMMS Result 2024-25 Date, Link for Class 8th Scholrship Exams (State-Wise)
NMMS Exam results 2024-25 are released state-wise, separately by respective state-level exam conducting authorities. The State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERTs) will start declaring their NMMS result 2024-25 in January 2025.
Thereafter, the authorities of other states will announce their NMMS exam results 2024-25 on separate dates and websites in February/March or April 2025. Whereas, some states will publish the NMMS merit list PDF in May/June 2025.
To view NMMS result 2024-25, students can use the login window provided by some states while some states release the NMMS 2025 results in offline mode. Students are required to use their roll number or application number to fetch the NMMS result. Selected candidates can also download the NMMS merit list and check their names in the PDF. How to Check NMMS Result 2024-25?
NMMS Exam result is made available in online and offline modes. Candidates may follow the steps below to check and download their online NMMS 2025 result. To check the offline results of the NMMS exam, students can contact the concerned official of their schools-
- Go to the official website of the respective SCERT/ Education department of the respective state or click on the NMMS result link given above.
- NMMS 2024-25 result PDF file will appear on the screen of the computer. Check the student’s name and school details in the NMMS merit list 2024-25.
- Shortlisted candidates will also be able to check their scores in MAT & SAT along with the cutoff marks.
- On finding it, they must download and take the printout of the result for future use.

NMMS 2024-25 Qualifying Cutoff
SCERT of all States and UTs release the NMMS cut-off along with the NMMS result 2024-25. These cut-off marks are the minimum marks that a candidate should attain in the MAT & SAT to qualify the exam. NMMS cut-off 2024 is different for different states. Students need to score the following minimum qualifying marks along with the NMMS cutoff to get selected for the scholarship.

NMMS result 2024-25 8th class will be released on separate dates between January and June 2025, tentatively. Students will be selected in the NMMS merit list 2024-25 based on their performance in the exam. These students will get the NMMS Scholarship amount.

DGE, Andhra Pradesh will release the NMMS AP result on the official website - bse.ap.gov.in. SCERT, HP will declare the NMMS exam result 2025 for Himachal Pradesh state in May 2025. NMMS 2025 result HP will be published online on himachalservices.nic.in. NMMS Result 2024-25 8th Class Jammu & Kashmir
JKBOSE will declare the NMMS JK result in August 2025. NMMS result 2025 will be published online in the form of a merit list on jkbose.ac.in. Students can check their name, roll number, and marks in the NMMS 2025 result file.
NMMS Result 2024-25 8th Class Karnataka
DSERT, Karnataka will release the NMMS 2024-25 result Karnataka on the official website dsert.kar.nic.in in April 2025. The result of NMMS 2024-25 is released in the form of district-wise marks list pdfs and NMMS merit list as well.

Maharashtra State Exam Authority, Pune will release the NMMS Maharashtra results in February 2025. The Directorate of Educational Research and Training will publish the NMMS Meghalaya results in June 2025 on megeducation.gov.in. NMMS result 2025 8th class Meghalaya will be released in form of merit list.

NMMS Result 2024-25 8th Class Punjab
SCERT Punjab will release the NMMS Punjab result in the form of a merit list in April 2025. This merit list of NMMS 2024-25 comprises the name and details of students selected for the scholarship. These students need to link their Aadhar card with their account number and apply for the scholarship through the NSP online portal.

What after NMMS Result 2024-25 Class 8th?
After the declaration of NMMS exam result 2024-25, students have to open a joint account with their parents to receive the scholarship amount. Qualified candidates will receive a yearly scholarship of Rs. 12000 (Rs.1000 per month). The bank will send the monthly fund or scholarship amount to the account of students by electronic transfer through the Public Financial Management System (PFMS).

NMMS Result 2024-25 Class 8th – Points to Remember
Selected students who fulfil the following eligibility conditions will get NMMS scholarship amount:
- The parental income of the candidates must not be more than Rs 3. 50 lakh per annum from all sources.
- The candidate must have scored at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in Class 7 (5% relaxation for SC/ST).
- For renewal of scholarship in Class 9th & 10th, students must have passed the annual exams with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent (5% for SC/ST)
- Students must obtain at least 60% marks in Class 10th (5% for SC/ST) or equivalent exams for the continuation of the NMMS scholarship at Class 11th & 12th.
- Students must get admission to the next class within 3 months of the declaration of the previous class's CBSE results or other board results.
